| All rates in the above rate structure are for overnight stays in the guest cabins only and do not include the use of the outdoor event facility or other areas or facilities of the guest ranch, or any other services that may be provided. Standard Occupancy for LD cabin = 2 people; Max. Occupancy = 4. Standard Occupancy for JJ, TG and RR cabins = 8 people; Max. Occupancy = 10.
Check-in time for all cabins is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Payment procedure and process: We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept checks for any prepayment of cabin rentals or special event deposits. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit will be charged. A letter will be sent to you detailing the charges and any further special requests or specifications you may have made.
Note: A 2 day minimum is required on holidays and peak seasons.
Cancellation policy for Special Events (rental of entire property): 6 months advance notice required for full refund.
Cancellation Policy for cabin rentals only: Our policy
is 30 days advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after this
time will result in forfeiture of the total reservation balance. Guests
will have the opportunity to reschedule within 12 months, based on
availability.
An extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person over 8 guests staying in JJ, TG, and RR and for each additional person over 2 guests in LD (up to the maximum occupancies detailed above).
No pets allowed in the guest cabins or off the ranch premises. The entire ranch is smoke free. Please do not light a fire in the fire pit without checking with ranch personnel first. We reserve the right to enforce fire restrictions as they become necessary. It is our standard policy to require a responsible member of your party to sign a release and waiver if an unsupervised outdoor fire is desired in our open-air fire pit.
Event center rates without the use of guest cabins:
$2,000 per day for use of outdoor event facility -- May to September (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
Special event rates including use of all 4 guest cabins
$3,800 package = 1 day/1 night, event facilities and all cabins.
$5,000 package = 2 day/2 night, event facilities and all cabins.
$6,000 package = 3 day/3 night, event facilities and all cabins.
Package prices applicable to Friday - Sunday events.
Guests must arrange their own transportation (4-wheel drive is recommended).**
Guide services – request to speak with staff personnel regarding these rates.
Maid service for cabins will be provided once every three days. If maid service each day is requested, a $50 charge per maid visit to each cabin will be charged.
** Please ask for details concerning transportation to and from the Ranch. Guests may also call N A Transportation, aka Noah’s Ark Transportation for professional limo and bus service around Durango and to and from area attractions and the local airport. Guests are responsible for damage or loss to Resort property or grounds caused by negligent actions of guests. All prices, policies and rates are subject to change.
